AI-based virtual production company Vive Studios (CEO Kim Se-kyu) announced on the 14th that it has formed a partnership with global digital collectible platform VeVe (Northeast Asia Director Justin Yang) and will launch a collaborative project.
VeVe, a digital collectible platform operating primarily in North America and Europe, has previously partnered with over 300 globally renowned brands including Marvel, Disney, Givenchy, and Lamborghini to sell digital collectibles. Through this new agreement with Vive Studios, the platform aims to expand into the Asian market.
As part of the partnership, Vive Studios will not only create digital collectibles based on K-content, but will also collaborate on promotional marketing and production for exclusive IP content held by VeVe Korea. Leveraging its prior experience with digital asset projects, Vive Studios intends to take a leading role in the digital collectible space.
Kim Se-kyu, CEO of Vive Studios, stated, “With the advancement of digital technology, the economic value of digital content is being newly defined. We will do our utmost to promote the value of K-content worldwide in collaboration with VeVe.”
Justin Yang, Head of VeVe Korea, said, “Markets in Asia, including South Korea, possess both high-quality content and a strong demand for it. Interest in Korean content is particularly surging, and we aim to expand the digital collectible market by discovering a variety of K-content.”
